Had a problem with a coupon at check out.Caroline was my cashier very sweet girl. Alba the manager was finally able to figure it out. She was very patient and knowledgeable. 2 very outstanding employees.

So this was actually my first time at a petco (as this was the closest one) and if I recall, i went in the morning as i was looking for a litter box for my cat(s)

Not only did i find the litter box i needed, i was intrigued to see multiple people with pets around the store. Truthfully? They were cats on harnesses and i was amazed. I wanted to ask the partners how they trained them. All i did was observe for a bit, and come to find that twice a day Petco hss volunteers that walk the cats waiting to find a home. I was so shocked and loved that.

Go to petco , the staff is knowledgeable and Friendly. They always help me find the best products for my pets. Alba is an asset to the company. Her knowledge is superb. Thank you Alba for always helping me with a smile.
