They absolutely destroyed my eyebrows. Not only did they leave no shape but they left patches!

Stopped by with my wife to get threading done. Lady was nice but after resting her hands in my wife's eyes while threading had the audacity to ask if we had cash for her tip. I understand that tips are recorded when left with a card but that's not for you to decide how a customer spends their money.

I've been a loyal customer for years now. I've never had an issue, even with the newbies. Yesterday a woman I didn't recognize threaded my brows. I have extremely thick eyebrows, i walked in there with a full unibrow. She was taking along time on my left brow & accusing me of having thin brows. I felt her dabbing my eyebrows for minutes. When she hands me the mirror i see she botched my left brow & tried to COVER IT WITH MAKEUP. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! She kept changing the subject and telling me i need to wear makeup to look pretty.
