Avoid at all costs. Complete scam. Took $22,000 . Removed the roof and didn't cover or protect it prior to storm. Damage to the roof and to the interior. Didn't file proper permits. Shoddy work and no communication. One day, just stopped returning calls or emails. Have filed complaints with sheriff, PB Police, BBB and DBPR. Just filed a lawsuit. Awful experience. Very costly.

Just checking some of these reviews. I’ve had Payton Roofing at two of my properties in the past. Both single family homes. He was the lowest bidder and did exceptional work. Many of my firefighter friends have used his company for the very same reason. It’s a shame to see negative comments when everyone I recommend him to has nothing but good things to say!

Do not recommend.Payton Roofing was contracted to replace my roof prior to solar panel installation. The roof work was "completed" about 1 year ago (2022), the house was tented for termites in March of 2023, and exterior wall repainting was started in August 2023. While pressure washing the fascia prior to painting, extensive termite damage was revealed, along with other water-rotted fasci. At this time, I also found a hole left in the eave by Payton, as well as damage to a decorative portion of porch covering where they negligently placed nails, then seemed to realize and remove most, however the damage remained.I reviewed the contract in reference to the rotted fascia,...read full review
