I was having an issue with my MacBook and found Computer Guru on Google. I called and left a message explaining what was going on, and Mr. Eric called me back shortly after. He first walked me through a few steps to try and fix the problem myself. Since I’m not a computer expert, I sent him a text showing what was happening on my screen.
Mr. Eric was very patient and explained that he could try another method to wipe and fix the system. When he asked when I wanted to drop it off, my answer was ASAP! 🤣 I brought my MacBook in, and it was ready the very next morning.

My old desktop stopped working after many years.did an internet search on my phone and found the friendly guru.read the reviews,all looked good.the owner's name is eric.he is a one man business. Took my computer to him and he said it was not worth repairing.i bought a new one and took it to him to have everything transferred. He did an excellent job in a timely fashion at the price he quoted.
