I was having an issue with Outlook on my PC and was very lucky to have found Eric. I gave a call and he was at my home within about an hour since we live close. He quickly found and fixed the issue to my amazement. Eric is truly a great guy and I highly recommend him for your electronic needs.

HAPPY ? / RELIEVED ? / REASSURED ??My issue was potential data loss from a lightening strike, or power surge.?Data was transferred, I was relieved and reassured, even from the first phone call; and I'll be back in the saddle, with just a one-day turnaround!?Easy peasy, ... thanks for the seamless return to computing, albeit in a new computer.
