I had neglected my teeth. The Dr and staff were very kind , patient and compassionate . I have a lot of work to be done. Dr Kramer came up with a plan and prioritized what needed to be done. Everyone there was accommodating and I needed that as I was anxious.
They are fantastic. Everyone in the office has been there for years which is a testament to what a lovely atmosphere it has. They are so warm and professional and I trust Dr. Kramer implicitly.
These folks are OUTSTANDING, TREMENDOUS and FANTASTIC ! I had an urgent issue and they BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO GET ME IN ! I was a Facility Manager for years and wish that I had vendors that were like this . We had a saying in my early years at BellSouth CUSTOMER COUNTS CUSTOMER FIRST !
