Wonderful first time experience for my 2y/o daughter. Staff was very welcoming and kind from the minute we walked in. They were beyond patient. I loved that they gave my daughter an option to choose between the cleaning tool and a regular toothbrush, something she was familiar with and not scared of. They walked my daughter through the whole experience. Let her look at all the tools. It went very smoothly.
