The team is patient and understanding, especially for those terrified of the dentist, explaining everything clearly. Many good things are said, with entire families recommending and visiting the office.

If you look in the dictionary under Big baby, you’ll see my picture as the definition. That’s how I have always felt about going to the dentist. As a result, I have had a number of teeth pulled because I’m so deathly afraid of the needle. Recently, at the suggestion of my wife and daughter, I went to Dr. Krichmar for a cleaning and they then also identified that I had a cavity. I told him I wouldn’t be back to get that fixed because of my fear of the needle and Dr. Krichmar assured me that I wouldn’t feel a thing. Well guess what? My picture is still in the dictionary under Big, baby, but he was absolutely right. I didn’t feel a thing!...read full review

I have been going to Dr. Krichmar for about a year and he’s a WONDERFUL dentist … he’s just the best . thorough..prompt..detail oriented..he explains exactly what he’s doing and why and answers all your questions with pleasure never rushing you..you feel like he genuinely cares about you as a patient. Dr. Krichmar is extremely gentle when giving numbing injections that I barely felt them, which made the whole experience much more comfortable since that can be the most fearful part of a dental visit. His prices are the best around very reasonable he does not try to take advantage of anyone he’s very HONEST in his business and it shows....read full review

I was feeling so much anxiety and even shame about going to the dentist after having waited far too long following the birth of my baby. Walking into the office, I was prepared to feel judged, but I felt the complete opposite.
From the moment I walked through the door, every single person—from the front desk to the hygienist and Dr. Scharf himself—was incredibly kind, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. They didn't just focus on my teeth; they focused on me. They made me feel immediately comfortable and handled my concerns with the utmost grace.
