Mike, the manager, was amazing. He worked with my budget and his recommendations were great - he showed the different styles and price points and he's very knowledgeable about the product (carpeting in my case). He accommodated my time slot request for installation, no problem. Communication about how to prep, what to expect, appt confirmation, etc. was excellent. The installer, Billy, was very nice, fast, on time and the carpet looks great. I felt very confident with my choice of Dolphin. I never felt like I was being upsold or talked into something.
