the service is terrible, I never imagined receiving this kind of attention at a Chase bank of the Officer Relationship Banker NMLS ID: 1017039 Elizabeth Paulino. She is mad, rude and crazy.

***DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS CHASE BANK LOCATION***Location- 3120 N University Dr., Coral Springs FL 33065Issue- Teller committed grand theft in the amount of over $1000.00 A bank teller has recently committed grand theft and is trying to cover it up. The teller (Arnie) transferred over $1000.00 from my account to pay bill that is not mine. I am truly not sure where the money has been transferred however this is unacceptable and quite frankly theft. I cannot tell you the last time prior to this Wednesday March 11, 2020 that I have gone inside of a bank to conducted business.
