Great 1st visit experience! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Doctor Goldberg and her assistant were very attentive to my dog. They took their time to explain everything which was very appreciated.
First time visit at Brookside. The staff was very pleasant to work with and kept my anxious dog from becoming more nervous. Dr. Hekman answered all of my questions and was very helpful with her suggestions.
I am impressed with this facility. It is very clean and the staff are so kind and caring. The wait times are short and the waiting room has never packed the visits I've been to.Ask for Dr. Alexandra Ulacia if available. She is a sweet, knowledgable, kind, and caring vet. She truly wants the best for your pet. You and your pet will love her!
