I absolutely love receiving services at this little slice of heaven.I have had a few services performed here but, I HAVE TO rant and rave about Sanne (massage therapist) and Catherine’s(esthetician) magical hands.I was suffering with a sinus infection that made the left side of my face swell and, my eye was filled with mucus (I resembled Quasimodo ?.) I received a hot stone massage by Sanne and followed up with a Mist Facial by Catherine. LET ME TELL YOU! After receiving both services I felt like I stepped out of the twilight zone. My body and mind were relaxed. I felt like I was “taken cared of”. Both services were performed with tenderness and care.*within hours...read full review

Body and Soul is a little slice of heaven while staying close to home. Had a fabulous facial with Anaraug. She is knowledgeable and explains the products and process being used. I left there glowing and relaxed. So glad I can get this wonderful service and support a great local business!

Every visit I walk out feeling super relaxed and at peace. I show up in the world a little more pleasant and able to take on more. Valerie and Jack are amazing at what they do and the staff is always super accommodating, on a mission to ensure your experience is a pleasant one.
