From the minute that I entered Baptist Urgent Care at Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs this morning, I was given a warm greeting by Suzanne. She was very courteous & professional. She took notes while I told her why I was there. She also capably took X-rays of my shoulder & knee as I had fallen while walking in my community. I was seen by a very nice Nurse Practitioner who told me nothing was broken. I was in & out within an hour. The visit was effortless & saved me the hassle of going to the ER on a weekend.
Extremely clean and friendly. Listen to all my concerns and explained to me what medication they chose and why they felt that was the best for me . Very understanding of sensitivities. Would highly recommend
I randomly came across this urgent care facility and after being treated there once, I can honestly say that i would never consider going anywhere else in the future. They were extremely kind, efficient, professional yet down to earth, knowledgeable…I could go on and on. Giving them 5 stars would be an understatement. I am grateful for their service.
