We got mike on a referral from a friend who raved about him. From the minute he showed up (and showing up in florida is in itself a rarity), he was courteous and open to listening to what we wanted done while offering his expert opinion in a non-condescending way. His work was impeccable and even with our many questions during the work, he was patient and we really felt that he wanted us to be happy with the job. We ended up adding on a few more services that needed to be done and he took care of them quickly and all without trying to take advantage of us financially—his pricing was very fare.
