As someone who has been coming to Aldo’s Cleaners for many years including when Aldo himself was running it I feel like I can speak fairly on this.
Every owner runs a business differently. Under the previous ownership, things were sometimes handled one way… sometimes well, sometimes not so well. That’s the reality of any small business. I had situations back then that didn’t always go smoothly either.

Came here to dry clean some pieces & my husband go multiple pants altered here as well. They were able to get a dark stain out of blazer, and the tailoring was all done well and priced very fairly! And we didn’t have to wait a long time for our pieces. Glad we came in!
