I used Maria Luisa Castellano to make updates to my outdoor cooking area, driveway and garage. It seemed simple but there were so many intricate parts to the job that only an experienced architect could handle. She was able to navigate my requests and the village’s requirements with general cost benefit analysis to design a perfect solution for me. I definitely recommend Maria Luisa for a residential remodel.

Maria & United Architects were wonderful, a great experience overall. We developed plans for a home renovation for a 98 year old home in Coral Gables, and Maria ensured all plans were up to code as well as designed us great ways to maximize the space. We couldn't be happier, and will call United Architects again for future renovation work.

So , have to say we are very satisfied me and my wife that we finally picked a great Architect to work with and help us get our home done , we had some bad experiences with architects in the past , but very great full and happy we Found Maria Luisa Castellanos she’s been the best so far , listens to our needs , and definitely has been very helpful in getting are plans approved which has been a mess with the city of miami . My wife and I are very happy and satisfied how the plans turned out . Can’t wait and excited for construction to start to enjoy our new designed home by United Architects.
