One of my favorite Pilates studios! All the trainers are always very helpful and kind! Giving positive feedback & adjustments. The gables location did some renovations and the vibes are amazing! I love the dark ambiance with red lights- makes it the perfect combination. A Must try in the gables area!
I’m visiting from NYC where I go to the SLT studios (another reformer/megaformer class). I got all of the introductory passes for Tremble and it did not disappoint!! I actually think they work you a little bit harder down here ?. Anyhow, the studios were clean, instructors started on time and having access to a solid reformer class in Miami is making the decision to move here easier!
Good afternoon,I took Ani Machado's class and I just want to say it was one of the most challenging classes I have taken in the best way. I usually don't break a sweat but this class had me literally trembling. It was packed house and I still was able to follow the instructor, she was very descriptive and attentive while animated at the same time!
