I have been coming to Timeless for quite a few years now (at least 3) and I have to say I LOVE Roxy. She is kind, takes her time and if there are any questions or doubts she is happy to answer. I always get my brows waxed and I've even done the grey tint just to give my brows some shape & color to last. I always tell her to leave my brows "as thick as possible" and she does. Roxy has worked for the makeup brand Anastasia and is always going to trainings and looking for learning opportunities in her field. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for brows.
