They don't call you to let you know when your products are ready. They make it clear the products (Handbags, shoes) will not be ready for a few months. I think they are hoping we forget about our stuff. Not cool! Set a reminder and photograph you ticket, you should be fine.. The quality of the work was good. It's a big risk though, if you are busy and tend to forget things...Good luck!xo

FYI I drove from Fort Lauderdale to drop the items. I got 6 items fixed from Santana. My experience was okay. There were pros and cons. The shoes did take awhile to get back from repair. Also the communication wasn't the greatest as far as timeframe and availability. The pricing was slightly high but it's repair for luxury items it's suppose to be expensive. The staff did give me comps and helped lower my balance. The items looked brand new. They repaired a pair of my old Versace sandals that I had set aside to dump.
