I visited straight after arriving for a business trip and I was so so pleasantly surprised. The whole space was gorgeous, clean, and full of fantastic energy. Leslie was phenomenal. She was so patient, kind, and completely put me at ease during my services. She went the extra mile in helping with recommendations and products. I felt like she actually cared and I will gladly continue to support this awesome business when I visit Miami next time!!!

I've come to neat waxing twice and have left both times very satisfied and happy with their services. These ladies are truly professional, sweet and caring, and extremely good at their work. Leslie C. does some truly amazing work and is so sweet and welcoming, if you're considering coming here please don't hesitate to book her you will not regret it!!
