I recently visited this establishment for the first time after receiving a gift card for use there. I didn’t know anyone or anything about them. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted by one of the owners, Mabel, whom I had the appointment with. Both she, her staff/co-workers and even the customers couldn’t be nicer and welcoming! Originally I wanted a facial, but upon calling and making the appointment, I was told it was meant to only be used for haircut, blow dry, color (1) choice from the list only. So upon discussing the options with Mabel we decided to do a color & highlights combo. It was a magical experience and I felt like Cinderella getting dolled-up for the ball! This was most meaningful to me because I have recently turned 50 years old and had a full head of disgusting gray hair! Although I must admit, their prices are over my budget, I will do my best to go back for another magical experience with Mabel! She’s a true gem! Thanks and Happy Holidays 🎄🎁
