Very clean, quiet place. Everyone was very kind, patient and helpful. My first visit was thorough and ended up with the defined plan of action until our next visit. Great first impression and a gut feeling I will be using other services offered at this location. Thank you ?☺️
Met with Lourdes Velazquez the NP for the first time as I was receiving care from another who left the practice. She was extremely understanding, punctual and very clear with instructions for my very new and NEEDED course of treatment. I highly recommend Mind & Soul!
