All the staff and doctors took excellent care of my cats. They made sure I understood everything they were doing. My appointment started at the correct time. All follow up was as they said. I love Miami Animal Hospital!

Pure and simple, everything a pet owner wants, needs, expects and deserves in a veterinarian: clean, inviting, comfortable waiting area, polite, articulate receptionists, positive and uplifting doctor assistants, competent, patient, respectful doctors (in my case, Dr. Kimberley Bachiega) that exude empathy — not only to the pets but perhaps most importantly, to an owner at a fraught, emotional and vulnerable time.A+ grades across the board. I don't think I'll ever go to a different place. From the girls at the counter as well as the assistants and the veterinarian are excellent professionals and human beings. My Tiger and I thank you very much.
