I had an incredible massage by Jackie. Incredible doesn't describe just how healing it was for me. It was a full hour, where every muscle in my back, shoulders, neck, legs and arms were soothed by Jackie, who is also a Reiki Masters. Twice, I had to ask if her hands were hot, they felt more than warm. Her hands, as her voice, and the quiet of the room, all conspired to me experiencing a deep sense of peace and truly well being. Thank you Jackie for your skill and your understanding. This is what I do needed.

A friend highly recommended coming to a Wednesday night yoga class at Luminous Energy Exchange. It was a great class and the teacher was amazing. I was also recommended to book a massage with Christina which I did. The 60 min deep tissue was fabulous. She has great energy and incredible hands. She was on time and I felt not only relaxed but with less pain in all the areas I had asked her to work on. Looking forward to more yoga and massages.
