Having moved from another state to Florida, I not only needed someone to do my taxes, but to make sure that my pension was handled appropriately, at tax time. Ralf Heyer has always been kind, patient, smart and accommodating. His office staff has wonderful follow through, checking in to make sure that all documents are submitted and accurately filled out. They all operate together as a well oiled machine, but also include a delightful dose of humanity. I am grateful to have the ongoing opportunity to work with them!
