Did not check computer attaching to IP address still not able to completely use in correct form so payed in full but told I would have to pay again for less then 15 minutes to fix. If you come back u should pro rate my next fix. That is not fare to me to do business with a good customer an still not fixed from first time.
Geeks On Site was a lifesaver. And I opted to continue to retain them after my set up of a new computer system. The tech specialist Bryan was excellent. They were able to deploy someone very quickly which was such a pleasant surprise.
Geeks on Site is AMAZING! We've had them for years, and they have kept our computers going, and helped when we have some sort of problem or issue needing tech advise. We are thankful to have them.
