I came today as a new patient to see Dr. Serradet. He was very kind, professional and has great bedside manners. The ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile and great costumer service. The medical assistant Yaugelis was very sweet and personable .To top it off, the phlebotomist, I believe her name is Marta, did my labs and I did not feel the pinch at all. I was very impressed with her expertise in doing labs. I had a great experience and will definitely return for my yearly appts and any other health issues or concerns. Thank you Fénix Medical.
