This gym is alright. It has everything you would need and quality classes, but the parking situation is rather confusing, and being located in the middle of Merrick Park can be quite a jungle. Miami simply has so many better options that I would opt to spend my money elsewhere if I permanently lived here. For example, there are a number of nearby gyms that you could get a more affordable deal that also come with group fitness classes AND a pool. I'm honestly pretty floored that this location doesn't have a pool. Gym is also rather small compared to competing gyms in the area. However, it does meet all the cleanliness standards of your classic Equinox

Alright im gona go straight to the point.The classes are great and totally worth your money. BIG fan of stronger, Metcon and the boxing clases. Also a big fan of the coaches, special shoutout to Darryl.Not only he is super knowledgeable but he truly makes sure you are comfortable and confident while doing these clases. Thank you for metcon Fridays!Now- about the actual gym. The gym is great cleaned and organized. Which is great because I continue doing weight lifting as i did before joining equinox. Love the workouts, the coaches, the staff and the community. This workout not only supports my physical health but is an integral part of my mental health as well. Cannot recommend it enough!!
