As a member I go in regularly for facials and cannot say enough about how well Tatiana treats me from the moment I get in to the moment I leave. The thoroughness, the care, the personalised approach she takes - she treats my skin for what it needs that day, it is never a cookie cutter approach - all of it adds up to the reason that I keep coming back. I absolutely love getting my facials done with Tatiana. She is incredibly professional, and one of the things I appreciate the most is how she truly tailors each treatment to your specific skin needs. She has extensive knowledge of skin types, cosmetic ingredients, and the best products to use depending on your skin — and it shows.

I have rosacea, and she has helped me so much in controlling it and improving my skin’s overall health. Her cleanings are deep, real, and effective — honestly, it reminds me of the high-quality facials I used to get in Colombia.
