I was sitting on the medical bed during my routine skin scan, when I saw a roach crawling on the bed. The PA smashed it and had me move my clothing from the bed. They don’t have may options to place your things at like drawers or hooks. After the scan I was getting dressed and saw another roach crawling on the bed in which I stepped outside not fully dressed yet, to inform them. I filed a formal complaint and they responded that fumigation had been completed the Tuesday prior and those must have been residual roaches. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable that they expected this and still allowed patients in.

My son has been going to this clinic since before it became UM. I have never had an issue. I see all the negative reviews but I guess everyone has different experiences. Every time I’ve gone, they call my son in immediately and the staff is helpful and the doctor is wonderful. We see Doctor Maderal specifically and have never had an issue. The aestheticians (when he used this service) were always great as well. Great location and quick appointments. The front desk staff always makes future appointments for me, and I have never had a problem.
