Woke up to a broken AC in the middle of the night. A friend recommended Fleming Bros. She was told that she would have to replace her entire system, so she called Fleming Bros for a second opinion. They said it wasn’t necessary and fixed the issue at hand. That kind of honesty was all I needed to feel confident I wouldn’t be taken advantage of. An unsolicited review: Absolutely five star service from the first phone call. I was given suggestions to see if I could do something to fix the problem. Ryan came with his invisible cape on and took care of the problem with minimal cost. This all happened within one hour. With our Florida heat this is most appreciated!
Fleming Brothers is the BEST AC company I have ever used. They are reliable, honest, fairly priced, and experts in HVAC systems. Spoke to the always cheerful Tracy this morning to arrange for a service call. Ryan arrived on time and performed some methodic troubleshooting to track down the issue, which ended up being a defective part in the air handler. Ryan had the replacement part on the truck, installed it and my A/C was back up and running quickly. If you have an A/C problem you need to call Fleming Brothers.
