Excellent every step of the way: Vinny and the office were great with communication, consultancy, timeliness, follow up, attention to detail; crew was hard working, professional, considerate of property and surroundings. Most importantly - the roof was done quick, inspector said they do great work, and our new metal roof looks AWESOME!
After speaking to friends and neighbors who had done roof replacements we were expecting an extremely painful process, but working with BMG could not have been a more pleasant experience. You and your crew were really great and from the initial call , the experience could not have been more organized and professional . You constantly let me know what was going on and what to expect. 5 stars for that.
One issue. You quoted me $2,450.00 and said you thought it would be around a days work for two men. In fact, Hairo arrived right when you said he would ( 9AM) and I had an appointment at 10AM over in east Boca, so I had to leave shortly after he and his helper arrived. When I returned right around 11:45AM, they had left the premises . So, for basically two and a half hours work , that works out to be $1000.00 +/- an hour. Seems maybe...read full review
