I hired LANPA in November 2024 for a total of $2,800 to handle the accounting and tax preparation of my company (HDLR LLC), including business tax filing, bank reconciliation, and BOI report.
After months of silence from Beatriz Heyer and the team, only the BOI report was completed. The rest of the services were never delivered. They ignore emails and WhatsApp messages, and even after repeated refund requests, they have done nothing to resolve the situation.
I’ve filed official complaints with the FTC and BBB and will continue pursuing further legal action if necessary.

Where do I start. We reached out to Landa and Associates in October of 2020. The owner, Beatriz Landa personally attended us and assured us that they were experts when it came to QSR's. We paid the firm to set up and run three different QSR's. We incurred costs to set up each restaurant and to host our data in a hosting co. she suggested. Very long story short, they have gone silent. We are on the verge of opening our restaurants and the firm has gone silent for months. All we get is a "we will get back to you", when we ask for our data and our books. We are also asking for a refund of $3,750, which is what we paid , and of course, we hear nothing.
