I hired LANPA in November 2024 for a total of $2,800 to handle the accounting and tax preparation of my company (HDLR LLC), including business tax filing, bank reconciliation, and BOI report.

After months of silence from Beatriz Heyer and the team, only the BOI report was completed. The rest of the services were never delivered. They ignore emails and WhatsApp messages, and even after repeated refund requests, they have done nothing to resolve the situation.

I’ve filed official complaints with the FTC and BBB and will continue pursuing further legal action if necessary.

working with landa has the worst accounting experience in my long career. after filing a return, i was billed an additional substantial amount from the irs. landa and assoc refused to step in or even provide any help. there claim was that once i sign the return, they are not responsible. i understand this but if the return was completed properly, there would be no financial surprises. the eviction notice on there office doors should have raised a red flag with me.

Don't waste your time with this company. You'll be lucky if they even call you back. They did my taxes in 2018 and 2019 and I had to make a lot of phone calls to get the paperwork finished. In 2021 I sent them my tax information for 2020. After many emails and phone calls they never did do my 2020 taxes. I had to hire another accountant. Worst of all they made mistakes in my 2018 taxes and I ended up owing the IRS more money. They did nothing to help me.
