The person working at the store who I believe is the manager there, was extremely rude to my contractor. At first we heard him on the phone yelling at an employee stating he was going to fire him and then he talked down to us when we asked about flooring and wasn’t willing to help. He has no customer service skills and prices are extremely high! Stay away and don't waste your time in this store. I can’t believe a place like this can manage to stay in business...

I spoke with Michael over the phone in regards to purchasing tiles for our company. I explained that I was looking for something industrial and inexpensive. He cut me off mid-sentence and told me that if I want cheap sh*t to go somewhere else and hung up on me. I tried to call him back and it went to voicemail. Totally unprofessional, DO NOT PURCHASE FLOORING HERE.
