I rated 2 stars because of my last 5 visits 2 were satisfactory. I get the same service every time each time I’m charged a different price by a different tech. My nails are always left rough and unfinished buffing I have to go home and finish smoothing out my the back of nails so I don’t scratch my face. The expectation of tip is my perogotuve. I work hard for my money and expect a positive experience with good attitude. Ticks not the customer job to supplement the wages of your staff pay them a livable wage so a tip is actually bonus for great service experience but an entitlement. Decided to try them as I was waiting for someone. I got my eyebrows done. The tech was pleasant, however the service was mediocre. My eyebrows looked better when I do them at home. I wanted to tip on my card but it didn't offer that option. She suggested the ATM and I said no. No way was I going to take money from the ATM, to tip a mediocre job, plus pay the ATM fees on top of that. Will never go back.
I made an appointment with Jenny. When I arrived, I was told that she left for an emergency, which is understandable but I was not informed. Someone else took care of me today and while she was very nice, she was not able to perform the service I wanted which was Gel-x. For the prices they charge, I think you should get what you ask for.
