I don't give it a zero because the application won't let me. The staff at this agency does not pay attention to what they do and they misplaced my bank account in addition to using the wrong address for where I live. I have been waiting for about 3 months for the check that is supposed to arrive at my house because they changed the address but there is no proof of that and still nothing has arrived. After I ask to be updated with the case, they send me to call the IRS without taking into account that I had paid them for their poor services.

In addition to this complaint, I reported them to the IRS.
