“My Physical Therapist Debbie is friendly, kind, attentive and caring to not only me, but to some of the other patients, especially the more elderly. Even more important than that she knows what she’s doing in that she’s professional and knowledgeable about how to treat each type of injury her patients have. All of the people in this practice seem to be the same right down to the receptionist Natalie. Her understanding, along with Debbie’s, of what she does including helping you out with the ramifications of how much insurance you might have and what it means as far as informing and helping you manage your visits so you get the best amount of therapy without being excessive all at once. I’ve been to other PT practices and I wouldn’t say the same about their therapists or their office help. Back in Action is an A+ for me. Hopefully I’ll be fixed up soon but I’m on my way with their help.”
