“My Physical Therapist Debbie is friendly, kind, attentive and caring to not only me, but to some of the other patients, especially the more elderly. Even more important than that she knows what she’s doing in that she’s professional and knowledgeable about how to treat each type of injury her patients have. All of the people in this practice seem to be the same right down to the receptionist Natalie. Her understanding, along with Debbie’s, of what she does including helping you out with the ramifications of how much insurance you might have and what it means as far as informing and helping you manage your visits so you get the best amount of therapy without being excessive all at once. I’ve been to other PT practices and I wouldn’t say the same about their therapists or their office help. Back in Action is an A+ for me. Hopefully I’ll be fixed up soon but I’m on my way with their help.“

“I have been going to Dr. Maklan since 2013 (so almost 13 years), he has been nothing but amazing. It took me almost 2 years to get back to normal from a double decker public transit bus hitting the back of my car. “I have been a patient of Dr. Cherlow since 2017. I've been a chiropractic patient for over 30 years but I'd run across none like Dr. Cherlow. He came highly recommended by my sister. To give a little history, I'd been having trouble with my left shoulder for the last 7 years. It was a stubborn muscle spasm that would act up periodically. I work from home sitting at a computer all day and my husband would have to massage my neck and shoulder at least twice in order for me to get thru the day. Dr. Cherlow suggested I try the Decompression Table with Laser treatment. Mid-way thru the sessions, my husband noticed I wasn't asking him to come massage my shoulder. I was pain-free!
I've recommended Dr. Cherlow's services to anyone who tells me they have an ache or pain. His hands are a God-send.
