On July 16, I herniated my L3-L4 disc. I was in significant pain and had a hard time walking, getting in and out of bed, and even getting into cars. Dr. Shai took X-rays and provided me with a clear treatment plan and routine to help with my recovery. I've now been going to the Wellness Center for a week, and today—July 23—I was able to drive my manual car there for my adjustment. That’s a huge improvement from where I started. I truly appreciate Dr. Shai and his team for their time, patience, dedication, and professionalism throughout this process. Their care has made a real difference in my recovery.
I have been going to North Broward Wellness Center for over 3 years now and I can’t imagine going back to a life without their help. Keeping a consistent schedule has given me a part of my youth back. No more struggles getting up off the floor or shooting pains when I sit at my desk to work. I honestly highly recommend this center and the doctors here. They will take care of you in a comprehensive way.
I love coming here and getting great chiropractic care from Dr. Z and then the icing on the cake is a massage from Gabe! I have been coming for about 2 years and feel so much better after I am back in alignment. Thank you also to the awesome staff there for all the text reminders that help me stay on time!
