The experience that I had at Twist & Locs is the first time that my children have been in a salon, and with the help of Miss Ashley’s assistance, we will be returning. My daughter’s hair were beautifully done, and despite them moving around, Ashley was patient and kind and compassionate.
I had an amazing service with Lori (loctician) and Norma (front desk/washed my hair)! The salon is super clean and aesthetically pleasing with a lot of beautiful black art, cute decor, and comfortable seating. My comfort and satisfaction was always prioritized and I was offered water or snacks throughout my service. Just amazing service from start to finish. My wash was done by Norma and it was t and relaxing. I even had my hair steamed which is such a help for my low porosity hair. Lori was gentle but quick and I left with the cutest style for my birthday! Can’t wait to go again in the future ❤️
