Does not recommend. I have been bringing my son here (loyal customer) for 5 years since they opened. The staff is professional and gives great haircuts, but the straw that broke the camel's back...an email to customers that now requires you prepay for your haircut and even suggesting you can tip before the haircut! I am disappointed to say that we will not be returning. I believe in customer service. Customers have been loyally coming here for years. First they did away with the loyalty tag-after 5 years of haircuts, my son never earned a free haircut. Covid was the excuse to cut out that perk. Then you couldnt book appts by phone, then you had to leave a card on file in case you cancelled, and now pay before the service? I am all for supporting local businesses and was happy to see them grow. Never cancelled or missed an appt and was never late, but their business practices have become too much for us to support. 😔 Moving on. What was once a great barbershop has turned into an elite Men's Club that is sure to turn off some customers.
