I have known Paulo for years. My parents used to have their taxes done with him when I was still on their return. Once I started working, I also started using his service. I moved to Boston and used a local tax person here which I was completely unhappy with and I decided to call Paulo and asked for help. He immediately took over my accounts and it has been 3 years already since I am back with him. The process is smooth. We usually do everything over the phone.
