Chelsea is the best. In the past when I’ve highlighted my hair to lighten it up, I wasn’t truly happy with the results. All of that changed when I went to Chelsea. I wanted highlights to look natural, blend with my hair and not look brassy. She gave me exactly what I had been looking for. I’m so happy I found her, she is truly a color expert. I highly recommend her services.
