I had a 50 year old filling which my dentist warned me was the biggest filling he has ever seen. It finally cracked. I called my old dentist's office and they told me he was off on Fridays. I asked if it was possible to have them recommend another practice. The woman who answered the phone, said, "we do not recommend other practices!" Someone recommended Dr. Knecht. I called the office. I was told he was away at a seminar. Two different people called me back, trying to either help me with setting up an appointment for Monday or recommending a practice that would be able to see me the same day. Let me just start by saying that I fear about going to the dentist To the point where I would run out of the office. I’ve had many bad experiences in the past with orthodontics & honestly thought I would never go back to one. Until I found this place, how calm and understanding they are and just want to make you feel better and make sure you feel as much comfort as possible.Bruce Knecht, DMD was truly amazing every step of the way and made me know I was in the best hands.
