We order from Artistic Finishes all the time and I we have never had a problem with them. They get the parts out when they say they are going to and the charges are always what they say they are going to be. I'm always comfortable including them as part of a project. I needed some vent covers for a job and Charlie in customer service did a superb job in helping me getting the stain matched and parts ordered. Well done Charlie Hayes!
