She listened, she asked questions, we looked at internet pictures Iād saved and she explained every step. We laughed A LOT whilst talking all kinds of topics. I attached before and after pictures of my hair, Katie did an amazinggggg job and it turned out beautifully! Not only is she great at what she does, she is also extremely sweet and personable. I would give the salon 10 stars if I could! I will definitely be back. š
