I don't know why I waited so long to do this. I have not had my roof done yet, but when I am able to do so, I will choose this company to do so. A guy who is a friend of mine, and we attend the same church, has been rear-ended twice this year, while he was working driving the work truck. Twice! The company took wonderful care of him, making sure he and his family were taken care of while he was dealing with all the medical stuff, including surgery from the first incident. Any company that treats their employees like they are valued family members gets my choice every time. Too many business look at profits over people, but not Sun Coast Roofing. I called this company and they sent the most professional representative to my house for the estimate. (CHRIS) I had several quotes from some other companies and the people that came were very UNPROFESSIONAL and very UN-PREPARED. The best quote I got was from SUNCOAST by a substantial amount. Because of the popularity of the color shingle I chose, they were behind in production BUT because of his tenacity, Chris called all around the state of Florida and found them in Jacksonville. I feel compel to override the rate before and give them 4 because they comply to fix the damage gutters. I appreciate their promptly response and recommend them for being responsible to fix it. Thanks a lot and good lock.
