My apartment was flooded and damaged by water from the apartment upstairs! My landlord called Servpro to come in and help! This nightmare was calmed by all the people associated with this Amazing company . I want to give a special shout-out to 5 special people! 1st to Carolina in the office who was always making sure I had everything needed to get my claim going. She’s AWESOME! 2nd to Anthony who was there to put the plan together to get things moving quickly!!! Thank you!!! 3rd to Petey for making me feel that all will be ok!!! And finally to 2 VERY SPECIAL PEOPLE!!! Chuck and Tanya!!!! Without Chuck I would be crazy!!! He has gone over the plan to get my furniture and personal belongings to a safe storage with ServPro! He assured me that all would be okay! And once I found a place, would deliver my furniture to my new place!!! That took a load off my mind!!!!! Tanya is an amazing beautiful woman!! She has not only let me use her shoulder to cry on, she hads gone out of her way to help me find another place to call home! She’s my guardian Angel through all of this. I would love for her to get a personal recognition for her amazing work! Servpro is an amazing friendly company with employees that I can truly call FAMILY!!!!
The staff was extremely professional and very nice. They were helpful above & beyond in getting me thru the initial days after my home flooded. Anthony and his entire crew did a fantastic job of getting things dried out, damaged drywall & ceilings removed, getting contents up off the floor to dry underneath and removing damaged flooring. I really can’t thank Anthony, Josh, Mike, Carolina and the entire crew, enough!!! Thank you!!!!
