We had a very very slow running drain. We texted Jeff last night and he immediately put us on the books this afternoon. Jeff worked tirelessly to get our drains running and he helped me locate the cleanouts and taught me along the way. 10/10 highly recommend J. Rice Plumbing!
Just wanted to give a shout out to J. Rice Plumbing!! Jeff is absolutely outstanding at his job and has great customer service. We had our master bathroom toilet back up into our shower. Very unfortunate situation, so we rented equipment from Home Depot two times with no luck. We gave Jeff a call and he was out here the next day. Look what he was able to find… sure enough a toy one of my twin 4 year olds flushed down the toilet. We had a few good laughs out of this. Highly recommend Jeff and his services. Very well priced! J Rice Plumbing is an outstanding plumbing company. I had to have my washer hot and cold valves replaced in my laundry room. What a professional job was done. The washer water valve box had to be replaced as well as the valves. My drywall had to be cut out and when he replaced it you can hardly tell a section had been removed to access the valves and water lines and drain line. He also replaced the defective gate valve on our home’s main water shut off. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of J Rice Plumbing. And his prices are very reasonable.
