I tried to do my own install and failed.Gave Joe a call he told me to run over and he would take a look.He took a look and said he had some time so he could fix it right then. He installed it flawlessly and corrected my attempts. He doesn't care if you only have a cheap radio or thousands of dollars to spend on whole car sound system. Joe treated me just as professional as any other. I was in and out in less than an hour and now have tunes again in my car. Thanks Joe
