Reviews describe the company as quick and professional, with crews that have been with the company for years. One customer with a tree-damaged roof received many estimates and chose Direct Metal Roofing because the estimate was pleasant, reassuring, comforting in explaining procedures and what to expect, and one of the lowest quotes received. The process moved fast: shingles were loaded the day after the permit went through and the old roof was ripped off the next day. Another customer praises persistent leak detection, knowledge, punctuality, politeness and professionalism, with contact every time as promised. Others mention immediate response, options for shingle and metal roofs, great prices, financing, a 40 year roof that looks great and saves money, and a second roof completed with a beautiful job. Demo and rough-in crews made sure the existing roof was up to code and structurally sound, installation quality was impeccable with excellent attention to detail, and communication was great. The best company, promises made promises kept, solid communications and professionalism from start to finish, problems communicated immediately, costs and repairs discussed before repairs started, timely completion, cleaned up job site, inspections done, and an amazing quality roof.
